These terms are an agreement between you and ("we", "us") for your use of at (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give accurate information, and keep your password and account secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
• If you use the Service for a business or a client, you confirm you're authorised to bind them to these terms and to connect their accounts.

2. What the Service does

Hookvera helps you plan content, generate ideas, scripts, captions, hashtags, images and videos with AI, and publish or schedule posts to the Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect. It also shows statistics and reports about those accounts, finds popular public Reels through Instagram's official features, and uses AI to analyse Reels so you can learn why they worked. Features may change, and some depend on third parties (see section 6).

3. AI-generated content: disclaimer

• AI features use third-party AI models (currently provided by Google). Their output may be inaccurate, misleading, offensive, similar to other people's content, or unsuitable for your purpose.
• You must review, edit and approve all content before publishing. You are the publisher, and you are solely responsible for what you publish.
• "Viral scores", predictions and suggestions are estimates only. We don't guarantee any number of views, likes, followers, reach, leads or sales.
• Don't use AI features to create content that's unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful or sexual, that infringes someone's rights, or that impersonates a real person. Where the law or platform rules require it, disclose that content is AI-generated.

4. Connected accounts and automated posting

• When you connect Instagram or Facebook, you authorise us to access those accounts as described in the Privacy Policy, and to publish the content you choose, at the time you choose.
• You must own, or be authorised to manage, every account you connect. You must also follow the Instagram Terms of Use, Facebook Terms and Meta's Community Standards.
• Publishing can fail or be delayed: platform limits (for example, Instagram's limit on posts per day), outages, expired connections, or media the platform rejects. Scheduled posts are published on a best-effort basis. Check that important posts went out.
• Meta may change its API, reject content, or restrict or suspend your accounts. We're not responsible for actions Meta takes.
• You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings.

5. Your content

• You keep ownership of the content you upload and create. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it, only to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the platforms you choose.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or publish, including music, images, footage, trademarks and people's likenesses.
• We may remove content, or suspend accounts, that break these terms or the law.

Other people's Reels

• Reel research shows public posts from other Instagram accounts, and Reel analysis breaks them down. They belong to their creators. Use them for inspiration and learning only.
• Don't re-upload, copy or pass off anyone else's video, audio, caption or other content as your own. Hookvera doesn't give you any rights to it.
• Research only covers public Business and Creator accounts, and it's limited by Instagram (for example, 30 different hashtags per account every 7 days).

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties, including Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google (sign-in and AI), Cloudflare (network and security) and Razorpay (payments). Their terms and policies apply to your use of them. We're not responsible for their availability, changes or actions.

7. Plans, payments and refunds

• AI features use credits. Each action shows what it costs (for example, an AI video uses more credits than a caption). Paid plans get a set number of credits each month; they refill on the 1st and unused credits don't carry over. The free plan's credits are given once. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or refunded.
• If an AI action fails, its credits are given back automatically.
• The free plan also includes one automated post. Paid plans include unlimited posts, subject to Instagram's and Facebook's own limits. Plans, prices and credits are shown on the pricing page at the time you buy.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise.
• Plan fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where the law requires a refund or we tell you otherwise in writing. If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.
• We may change prices for future billing periods, and we'll tell you before the change applies.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to: break any law; spam, or post misleading or deceptive content; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; harass anyone; distribute malware; get around platform limits or plan limits; scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Service; or resell it without our written permission.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any right to them, beyond using the Service as intended.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that it will achieve any particular result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, followers, reach, data or goodwill, including loss caused by published content, failed or late posts, or actions taken by Meta, Google or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from content you publish, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or the law.

13. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or where the law or a platform requires it. Where appropriate, we'll give notice. Sections 3, 5, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of . Courts in have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. If you don't accept, stop using the Service.
